We draw from different modalities including humanistic/client-centred, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioural, dialectical-behavioural, and emotion focused therapy approaches.

We offer evidence-based treatment that is rooted in principles of attachment and is trauma-informed. We view families as an integral component of the therapy process. We draw from different modalities including cognitive-behavioural, dialectical-behavioural, humanistic/client-centred, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, and emotion focused therapy approaches.
