Join a groundbreaking mental health initiative as a Primary Nurse in our At-Home Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) Program! Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes, administer ketamine, and support transformative mental health outcomes. Ideal for experienced RNs with a passion for community health and innovation. Be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of psychedelic therapy.

Responsibilities

· Travel to patient homes to administer ketamine therapy in a supportive and monitored setting

· Prepare medication, emergency equipment, and treatment environments with precision and care

· Guide patients through the process with empathy—before, during, and after their treatment sessions

· Conduct check-ins and closing sessions to monitor progress and provide therapeutic continuity

· Maintain detailed documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurology and psychology

· Support program logistics and coordinate care cycles

· Participate in research protocols and assist with data collection

What We're Looking For

Required Attributes & Experience:

· Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of clinical experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health is required

· Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required

Additional Attributes & Experience

· Bonus: Training or experience in ketamine-assisted or psychedelic therapy

· Background in community health and home care settings

· Strong interpersonal presence and comfort working independently in patients’ homes

· A grounded, flexible, and patient-centered mindset
